Domecile

Building Documents & Applications

Domecile is our secure online platform used to share building documents and manage applications. Residents, applicants, and brokers can access important materials in one centralized location, helping streamline communication and reduce paperwork.

Applications & Questionaires

If you are submitting a purchase, rental, or sublease application, please first confirm whether your building is active on Domecile by using the Domecile access button.

For buildings that are live on Domecile:

  • All applications must be completed and submitted online

  • Paper applications will not be accepted

  • Board applications and required questionnaires are also available through Domecile

  • Applicants and brokers only need to upload one complete set of documents

This system helps ensure a more efficient and organized review process for all parties involved.

Application Processing Timeline

Due to the high volume of sale and lease submissions, initial application review and acknowledgement generally take approximately 14 business days once a complete application package has been received.

We strongly recommend that applicants notify brokers, sellers, landlords, and other involved parties of this timeframe to help manage expectations. We appreciate your cooperation and patience.

Important Application Notes

  • Applications are reviewed in the order they are received

  • If an application is missing information, all parties will be notified

  • Delays most often occur when required documents are not included at initial submission

  • Applications cannot be forwarded to the board until all required materials have been received and verified as complete
