Certificates of Insurance

Certificates of Insurance for condominium and cooperative buildings are issued upon request. If you are a mortgagee or lender on an underlying loan for a Condo or Co‑op building, please submit your request by email.​

Information Required for COI Requests

To help us process your renewal or new certificate as efficiently as possible, please include all of the following details in your email request:

  • Borrower’s Name

  • Building Name and Full Address

  • Mortgagee Clause (as it should appear on the certificate)

  • Loan Number

  • Unit Number, if applicable
